Using ADB, you can change your resolution simply. In order to begin, you will need a computer.
It works by using Android's IWindowManager API, which is hidden from users. Developers can disable the API blacklist by tweaking a Secure Setting on Android Pie following Google's decision to restrict access to this API with Android Pie.
In order to modify the resolution and display density, the Resolution Changer APK first unlocks the blacklisted APIs.
It will simply use the resolution set by your device if you do not specify height or width.
In the absence of a density specification, Resolution Changer automatically calculates a suitable density based on the diagonal screen size.

Here are the steps to follow if you are unable to fix a broken resolution:
- The device should be connected to the PC
- Launch CMD or Terminal (based on your operating system)
- Please type the following commands:
- Reset the WM size in the adb shell
- Reset the density of the WM in the ADB shell
